How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks for most trips. Peak weekends, graduation season and large multi-vehicle programs need more lead time.
What size vehicle do I need?
Count passengers plus luggage. As a rule, budget one motorcoach per 50 passengers, and step down to a minibus under 35.
Is a deposit required?
Most carriers require a deposit to hold a date, with the balance due before the trip. Terms are stated in your contract.
Can I change the itinerary later?
Minor changes are usually accommodated. Changes to hours, mileage or vehicle class can adjust the rate.
